Counseling

Counseling is a one-on-one talk therapy that permits an individual to talk about their issues and problems in a non-judgmental and confidential space. It is a free relationship between a client and a therapist wherein the therapist actively listens to the client and empathizes with them. They help people deal with negative thoughts and provide a pathway to recovery. Counseling helps people to deal with emotional, social, cognitive, physical and mental concerns.
