Dansology in our terms is Dance psychology, which is a structured form of dance that is more casual and enjoyable. We use dansology as a feel-good factor for people as well as an exercise regime. It is a mixture of Bollywood dance and some elements of psychology, which helps the individual, connect better with their bodies and helps in processing their personal insecurities.
